Which tool to start with

If you are thinking about hiring a manager or a specialist, start with the hiring cost calculator. The calculator adds the 2026 Latvian employer costs, the recruiter and the months of waiting.

If you feel the business has outgrown the way it is run, start with the scorecard. It is 12 questions and takes about five minutes. Your score out of 96 appears on screen as soon as you finish, and the full reading arrives by email. It is built for owners and CEOs of companies with 15 to 250 people.

What the numbers are based on

The calculator uses the 2026 Latvian rates: employer social contributions 23.59%, employee social contributions 10.5%. The point is not a figure accurate to the cent, but the right order of magnitude.
