    What happens on the call

    The first call is 30 minutes, free, and there is no pitch deck. You tell me what is stuck: a team that has outgrown its structure, a market entry, a process nobody owns. I ask questions, tell you honestly whether I can help, and if I can, what the next step would look like.

    The person on your first call is the person doing the work. 14 years operating, not theorizing: 120+ people managed across three countries, three companies founded.

    Ways we can work together. A fixed-price Two-Week Diagnostic, an ongoing advisor from EUR 1,800 a month, or a fractional executive with real operating responsibility.

    Calls are in Latvian or English. I am based in Riga and work with companies across Latvia and the EU.
